Wichita, Kansas has a much more colorful history than people think. The area was visited by Spanish explorer, Francisco V?squez de Coronado in 1541. Infamous lawman Wyatt Earp kept order there in the wild days of the 1880s. There were no “genteel” establishments in those days. No tea parlors. And certainly no Wichita nail salons. What a pity!
Maybe a celebrity like Earp, who was famous for having the fastest guns, and therefore hands, in the West, might have relished the chance to keep them looking well manicured. I can just picture him enjoying a Wichita nail salon. Can you picture yourself? Get started, pardner!
